SRMS Institute of Medical Sciences or Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences is located in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. Established in 2005-06, the college has been managed and run by Shri Ram Murti Smarak Trust. The institute is affiliated to Rohilkhand University, Bareilly and recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. It is also approved by the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences imparts an undergraduate course in medical sciences -Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). Spread across 28 acres of land, the institute offers modern facilities to its students. A 650 bedded hospital is attached to the institute.

The candidates need to have passed in 10+2 examination or its equivalent, with minimum 50% marks (40% for SC/ST) in Physics, Chemistry and Biology, from any recognized state/national Board. The candidates appearing in 10+2 examination may also apply.
